TeCLA
TeCLA (Tele-education for Clinicians and Leaders in Africa) was designed to provide capacity-building opportunities for clinicians, leaders, and specialized people groups with the goal of moving knowledge not people. The project commenced with Nigeria and Kenya as initial countries and is scaling to other countries in Africa.
